The Diabetic Doggo "Original"

The Diabetic Doggo Informational Tracker & Daily Logbook includes four sections to help you navigate your doggo's diabetic health.  
 
Daily Tracker "The Original":
Record daily blood glucose levels, food consumption, insulin dosage, exercise, injection sites, medications, and any other information that could affect your doggo’s health. Use the weekly notes section to record important information throughout the week. Anything that’s not in the daily tracker, but can affect your doggo’s blood glucose or health should be recorded. You can also record any increases or decreases in energy, urination, appetite, etc. The more information, the better!
The Daily Tracker section is broken up into week segments.  There are enough segments to last an entire year!
 
Blood Glucose Curves:
Allows you to record a full 12 to 24 hour blood glucose curve. Space for up to fifteen curves. Each curve page has room for thirteen BG readings, plus a place to record food consumption and insulin dosage, and a graph so you can see your curve results visually!
Fifteen curve record pages included.
 
Insulin Bottle Tracker:
Two pages to record when your current bottle of insulin was first used, and the date it needs to be replaced.
 
Weight Tracker:
Two pages to record your doggo's weight history.
